gdtf.xsd update needed

the gdtf.xsd file is outdated. Fields such as "SubPhysicalUnit" and other are missing.

Hello @key2 , yes. We ourselves not use the XSD as the provided libMVRgdtf does not require it. I created the initial XSD for GDTF 1.0 for its general usefulness and the GDTF community extended it to 1.1. Update to 1.2 would be great to have, if anyone steps up to do so. If you guys are using the schema, why not contribute back? :) Real usage is much better for validating. We are open to PRs.
