Maybe rework API calls a bit?

Right now they're quite verbose (my doing). I was trying to standardize a few of the existing ones that were doing their own thing as well as split them up a bit. I think now we can move them into components / routes where appropriate, or maybe find a better system entirely.

I'm not fan of the current setup (my own doing, just to be clear), though for now it's pretty usable.
