The retroactive conformances feel a little like ticking time bombs. Think it's worth dropping them while they're fresh in our minds? How big a change would that be?
@ZevEisenberg we can either drop these if they’re already implemented upstream, or remove them and allow the warnings to remain as reminders. I don’t have any strong opinions on this, so I’m open to either approach.
Option 3: remove them and solve the problems at hand without those conformances. That's what I had in mind, at least.
@ZevEisenberg feel free to create an issue so we don't forget about it, I'm not sure how difficult that is
