FR: split-diff:toggle-clipboards

split-diff:toggle is okay as when necessary it can open 2 new files for clipboard contents. However, when you are viewing a tab and you think of opening 2 blank files for comparing something not related to your current file, that doesn't work. The workaround is to open a new Atom tab.

It'd be nicer to have an extra command and keybinding to open 2 blank files automatically without us having to open a new Atom tab manually (or Cmd+N). That saves a Cmd+N keystroke. Filing for Feature Request.
