Why does this have to be solved by the AC? If you don’t want players to use a joypad on your server, you can easily detect it using onClientKey and use cancelEvent to block the inputs.

useless reply , i'm don't mean play with joypad or use a joypad in mta sa servers , This is normal and we accept it and there is no cheating in it
i mean (disallow or Ignore) injected joypad and playstation dualshock button inputs and movement like :
SD #32 : Ignore injected mouse button inputs and movement (this detection can prevent an ambigious type of aim hacks (bullet spread/recoil manipulation)
