This old functionality is not there anymore -- I need to put it back in.

I am thinking about sidelining this until further notice. It's a decent amount of work and I don't think it was used at all when it existed...

what do you guys think? I cleaned up the current script code to not expect this or say anything about it.

I'm happy closing until later. We might be reworking the app / scripts for MSMB3 anyway.

This isn't really a script issue, it's really an issue of what metadata is stored in the project & how it's parsed. A lot of the required info is actually stored now -- I think the projectinfo.yaml file holds the data of what xtc file a given trajectory was converted from.

I do think we should implement this. But, it's not urgent. We shouldn't hold up the 2.6 release. I'll just mark it for msmb3.
