Folding does not work for \chapter, \section, \subsection and friends

It would be nice to have an ability to fold tex files by semantic parts of the text.

I can try to implement this.

Along with folding chapters, sections, etc., it would be great to be able to fold environments (similar to the native folding of html tags).
