Rename prompt behaves strange

I've faced with a annoying bug, when i try to rename a file, some symbols left in the left side of the prompt after i press backspace few times, and final name becomes totally unpredictable and usually end up as an absolutely not what I expected.

I'm on NVIM v0.6.0-dev+164-g50b30de20 with a latest version of CHADTree installed with packer use { 'ms-jpq/chadtree', run = ':CHADdeps' }

I have been experiencing this for ages also, hoping it was obvious and would be fixed but evidently not. has anyone got insights on to whats going on here?
