Turn off lights when Kodi shutsdown/enters standby

Hey there anybody,

is there already a way to turn off the light when Kodi shuts down and/or enters standby? If not I'd like to look into it - any further suggestions? Like wait for [x] minutes before lights-out to safely reach the bedroom at night ;-)

If Kodi supports something similar to "on exit" API point, it should be trivial using light transition time - e.g. 60 second transition time after app is closed. It's good thing to look into, but requires careful UX considerations - I don't always want them to be shutdown, rather select from the exit menu (quit & shut the lights down).
