Enhancement Requests - No Live TV and Ability to Change Colors

Hopefully this isn't too tough to implement. But I'd love to be able to disable the dimming for Live TV and potentially Television shows. I can set the minimum time high enough so TV shows aren't included, but Live TV would be nice to disable.

I'd also love if we could change the colors of the lights when they dim and then go back when the pause/stop. For example, when the movies start I'd love to see some lights go deep blue and others go dim orange. At pause, they would all go the same color again.

(Or, it may even be easier to pick a Scene for dimming, a scene for pausing, and a scene for stopping)
