Stuck on hue bridge starting

Hi, I've been trying to get the Hue Bridge to be discovered (Windows 10, Kodi 17). When I select Discover Hue Bridge a pop up says Hue Bridge Discovery Starting, but then this disappears and nothing else,? I don't get any prompt to press any button? Can someone help resolve this?
