Theatre mode works only if lights have been turned on before Kodi starts

Hi guys, I want to report this strange behavior in theatre mode on my system*: if my hue lights are already on before Kodi starts everything goes like a charm, but if I reverse the order (firstly Kodi, secondly lights) there's no light dimming and I have to restart Kodi.

I've read the log file but no errors are reported.

did you try enabling Force Lights on (even if off) under Advanced?
