drag drop url from browser into folder to auto download / convert to audio mp3?

Is something like this possible to setup? Perhaps i have a folder on my desktop called "audio" and when I drag / drop a website URL shortcut from address bar it'll just do everything automagically? something like this:

UPDATE: found this link https://github.com/awesome-selfhosted/awesome-selfhosted and maybe I can find something on this list instead if i don't get reply.
