Can we please have Visual Studio 2017 C++ demo project that actually builds and runs?

Yes, this is on my list for a long time now. Sorry. BTW, the master branch is just out of date and I haven't finished the 0.3.0 branch yet. New AA code is in dev. I'm creating demos for primitive and sprite rendering soon.
