[new filter] Filter based on lead source of user install

Associated with Bug 1483037.

Background on request: We would like to be able to target people who have install source/campaign information available, and use the various 'lead sources' as a targeting parameter to tailor snippet experiences and develop relevant content based on specific acquisition channels (aka where people come from when they download Firefox) - a Facebook ad, referred by a certain publication, via a specific search term that we bought, etc.
