Pop-up dialogs in containers

OS: Win-10 FireFox: 75.0

I use multi-account containers for development and testing So I use containers "Primary" for development and "Alternate 1", "Alternate 2"... for test accounts

I have set up my containers to always open the server in "Primary"

When I log in using Alternate containers I get the warning: Open this site in your assigned container? You asked Firefox to always open XXX for this site: https://XXX/ Would you still like to open in this current container?

This is correct and I can open my test logins in the alternate containers

However, when I am logged on as an alternate, the web pages open pop-up dialogs and I get the same warning but when I select 'open in alternate container' it then opens in a new tab and not a modal dialog. This means that the pop-up dialog functionality no longer works

Is it possible to get this to correctly open the dialogs or have an option just to open pop-up dialogs in the current container without the prompt?

Maybe not quite the same use case, but I was wondering why pop-ups aren't just always opened in the current container by default unless another rule overrides it. (This is the behavior for new tabs.)
