[model:component] Experimentation with including Product and Component as a feature

Currently the component model does not include initial product and component that the bug was manually classified as. We could experiment with including this feature to see if it can increase the precision and recall of the model.

Usually, bugs by external users (which we care about the most for the component model) are filed in the "Untriaged" component.
