[Task]: Remove TAAR integration from frontend

Description

TAAR integration will be removed from addons-server, so it doesn't make sense to reference it in frontend.

From a brief poke around, the only place we explicitly use the term "TAAR" in frontend is a GA ping for the recommendation shown, which seems a little redundant when we're always showing the same list of 4 add-ons? @devaneymoz wdyt?
