[Bug]: add abuse report in front of the text?

What happened?

No matter it's a reporter or an author appeal, content of appeals have "Reporter Appeal" and "Developer Appeal" to make clear where that text is coming from.

An escalation would also have "Reasoning" and that's coming from Cinder , it's a moderator's comment

Below them there's also the content from "Provide more details" of an abuse report.

What did you expect to happen?

Maybe that should be mentioned too as "details of the abuse report"

the UI for display job info is awful; @wagnerand to offer some suggestions for what he'd prefer it looked like.

Reporter has a mandatory field in the abuse report about providing more details -> it's the text from the red rectangle above. Maybe it should be added where it originates from.
