animated gifs show up broken in hubs, except by clicking the "link"

If you place an animated gif in the scene in spoke it shows up properly in spoke, but when you view it in hubs, it shows a broken link icon instead of the image. But if you right click it and click "link" in hubs, it opens a new browser tab where the image displays just fine. Would expect that all views should show a non-broken image
