[Bug] Media notification controls missing after pause/play

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a page with audio content
  2. Open the system notification
  3. Tap pause/play

Expected behavior

Properly displayed media notification

Actual behavior

Blank notification or missing media controls after pause/play

Device information

  • Android device: • Google Pixel 3a (Android 11) • Google Pixel 2 (API 28, Android 9)

  • Reference Browser version: Master 8/18
