Re-enable documentation deployment when `documentation` is updated for Babel 7

Currently, our documentation isn't being deployed when we update master. This is because we use Babel 7, but the documentation package we use for our docs wants Babel 6. When documentation updates, we just need to re-enable the appropriate steps in .travis.yml.
