Portable version works just fine

It works fine here on my Surface Pro X on Windows 11 23H2. Please provide details on your exact system and OS to help diagnose the issue.

Please also provide the installer logs from your %TEMP% directory. The file name will be in the format: Moonlight_Game_Streaming_Client_*.log

I'll chime in here as it just happened to me. I'm using the Microsoft Windows Dev Kit 2023. Logs attached.

As the OP noted, the portable version works fine.
