Can't download desired extension

I can't access of download this version of the file. https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-php-driver/releases/download/1.17.0/php_mongodb-1.17.0-8.2-ts-x64.zip

The download is working fine for me. Since the file is hosted on Github, I expect the download to work fine since you're able to open Github.
