Works with Micro and Leonardo, but not Due

Is there a solution to make this work with Due? Compiling creates and error stating the "PluggableUSB.h" library is not found. Adding to the sketch does not work either.

connecting two or more avr boards with different naming is not possibile ( they all appear as the same name ) because they have same usb_pid.
