Added support for Last Changed Date and eclipse.

This adds support for Last Changed Date, which allows users to add a repeatable timestamp based on the Last Changed Date from the info command. It also adds support for eclipse m2e so an eclipse m2e extension is no longer required, and a minor tweak so the eclipse environment can handle the project as well.
