Dependency requirement can be deselected causing error

Describe the bug

It's possible to deselect dependency requirement, causing an unfixable error.

Steps to reproduce

Click the "Required" drop-down, then click the "Required" option. It should then be empty. Try to "Create" and then become unable to do anything else, requiring to start adding a new version all over again.

Expected behavior

It should probably not allow deselecting.
