This proposal is to introduce a "functional" module akin to the structure found in PyTorch, which offers both torch.nn.functional and torch.nn. By providing data_juicer.op.functional, we can cater to users who require only select lightweight functions from our extensive collection of operators. This modular approach enables more flexible usage and reduces overhead for those who do not need the full capabilities of the Data-Juicer system.
