这是NoneBot2上游的bug，已经提交issue https://github.com/nonebot/nonebot2/issues/1138 来处理 虽然但是这个Bug也是我写的……无语

此问题已经在上游修复 请等待该修复发布新版本

或许ElasticSearch在这个场景下有些重, 感觉[MeiliSearch](https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch-go)会是一个更好的选择 如果有go语言原生实现的全文搜索引擎, 似乎可以考虑[Bleve](https://blevesearch.com/), 但是引入它需要额外考虑对CJK的索引分析问题
