Last time I checked it, opening and closing GET repeatedly causes the dialer to freeze after 15 minutes to 1 hour. Mux can probably work around this. If somebody can...

After thinking about it, I now agree that it is probably best to improve this further in main. I have confirmed that enabling mux works around the dialer bugs well...

Except for things like captive portals, most DNS blocks in central and western europe are performed without any response injection. It's not just DoH that can bypass those (mostly copyright-related)...

general comment: i think there are already too many things called mux. most are related to the v2ray universe. there is some dangerous overlap with http with "h2mux" in sing-box....
