Unable to view url without highlighting it
Hi,
I recently downloaded coca rest client and found that the text area (where you enter url, method etc) are nearly unreadable unless I highlight them.
This is because the text color is extremely light causing it to blur with the background. Unlike the image presented in the website, the url area was not blue in color. I tried changing the theme for the rest client but that only seems to affect the response area.
Very interesting, thanks for reporting this. What version of macOS are you using? Any interesting system preferences set around tint/theme?
I'm using MacOS Monterey (version:12.0.1).

Ah, Monterey ... wonderful. I should have known if I got fancy with the color options Apple would punish me for it. I still need to install Monterey on my machine in order to see what's happening and fix it.
@AnkitJain-36 hoping you can help me out a little bit more on this because I checked out the app (latest version 1.4.7) in Monterey/12.0.1 and the URL bar and text looks normal to me. If you look in System Preferences / General -- is "Allow wallpaper tinting in windows" checked? What's your accent and highlight color? I actually don't think I'm on the right track here, but I'm kind of grasping at straws. Thanks!
My laptop is currently in my office so I won't be able to update you till Monday probably. I'll see if I can download and try this on my friend's Mac and share the result.
