Measure rapidjson insitu parsing mode

Suggestion from Milo Yip: rapidjson has a "insitu" parsing mode. Which is even faster for JSON with lots of strings. E.g., document.ParseInsitu<0>(buffer). Note that content of buffer will be modified.
