Some files are missing and the hospital scene can't be opened
- some files are missing such as office.world.
- the hospital scene can't be opened and the error terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' will appera when i start up the scene.
I will take a look at the issues when I get a chance. In the meantime; 1- Try service,world instead. 2- You can try the official repo

Sorry to bother you, but has your issue been resolved? My situation seems similar to yours. However, when I follow the instructions in the readme to open it, I end up with an empty world. How did you manage to solve it eventually?
My Gazebo version is 11.11.0.
You can find the original world file and their models in https://github.com/osrf/servicesim/tree/master this repo. I got the missing office world missing models from there
