Add an easy method to remove sample data

Sample data and display of the sample field should be easily removed for production usage.

Create an option during installation that will eliminate all sample features.

An alternative would be a policy option in the UI that deletes the sample data and masks the sample information.

@rathbunr Sounds good, I think we would want the PR to have a flag in the builder for --include-samples and then we would want the default modal to have a in place to see if there is any data in the Samples location and only display if there is.
