Clarify File/Profile Info (Display Passthrough information within Heimdall)

Currently across different HDF converters, we lack clear designation of:

• the name and version of the original tool (i.e., BurpSuite 5, Sonarqube 7.1, Nessus 7.3, etc.)
• and "target" platform type/version scanned (i.e., centos 7.0, mysql 5.7.31, aws account 87629376459, nginx 1.4, etc.)

...displayed in the top File Info tile of Heimdall,

and the

• type/version of the standard or testing content

...under "Profile Info" section in Heimdall

There is also a desire to note the version of hdf converters used for non-InSpec results

We can work out here what goes where in terms of the existing platform, profiles, statistics and version schema first, and leverage passthrough schema to add additional fields via hdf converters

I think this will probably be best served by moving forward with the inspec schema revision cause a lot of this information often isn't passed through or is not passed through in a consistent fashion.
