Changes to default includes

All default include files have been updated.

  • All examples are now by default commented out.
  • Better commenting in some includes.
  • Examples of using bad-referrer-words.conf for both custom bad referrers and bad referrer word scanning.

If you have already customized your includes, updating is not necessary. If you have not customized the default includes at all I suggest pulling all latest versions.
