[INSTALLATION] Adding a UA that's in the blocklist to a whitelist instead

Describe the problem you are experiencing Archive.org is completely blocked, and I disagree with this. I want to allow them to scrape my site, but there is no apparent way to whitelist UAs that I can see. Is this possible, and if so how do I do it?
