Use trunk version in the git repo

It's hard to distinguish between a version of freyr installed from the package registries or one run from github. Would be useful to have the git revision in the freyr header for more helpful debugging.

I was working on a resolution for this with cryptographically signed releases. But I lost all that work from an accidental system erase. At this point, I'm not incentivized to redo all that.

May not fix. Although I'm happy to guide anyone interested in taking this.
