I'm assuming that somehow Transifex changed their URL. Or maybe their services is no longer available.

Resolution

To resolve this challenge, I suggest to somehow fix this URL. By replace it with the new URL, if any.

Alternatively, if somehow Transifex services is no longer available, or no longer meeting your needs, I suggest any of those free & open source alternatives listed at https://alternativeto.net/software/transifex/?license=opensource
