Having the same issue here with Chrome. I don't mind having to minimize and maximize again, but this only works if "No gaps for maximized windows" is unchecked, which leaves me unable to maximize windows without gaps again after having minimized them.

I'm not exactly sure how to set a window to be at full size including the gaps margin without it being maximized.

+1 for this issue. Makes the extension pretty unusable for me, unfortunately. Has any solution been found?
