[Suggestion] Exclude header from table of content (ToC)

Hi team, I would like to create a suggestion about excluding a header from the ToC. Indeed, sometimes I want to highlight a title and I'm using the headers, but I don't want to have them in the ToC.

It would be great to specify only a maximum depth value, like 2 if I only want to have my # and ## titles to show up in the table of content, or create an alternative like the noAnchor that removes the anchor link, but instead a noToC or something like that.
