Expendable Body And Response or stickyness content for OpenApi generated docs options

Sometime when we are in a long documentation it is a bit hard to know if we reading the Body or Response content.

It would be nice to either, be able to passe an option to make the Body title / Response title sticky and one to make it expandable.
