Libretro CI buildfailure - Emscripten

Hi there, the libretro buildbot builds for Vapor are failing because of the Emscripten target.

If even one the platforms fail, the others cant be deployed.

Can you fix the issue? If you can't fix it you can just remove the target instead so the others can continue for now

BinBashBanana made a PR to bring this back fixed. I see a passing build.
