CC version numbers missing in LICENSE file

In the LICENSE file, the version numbers of some of the mentioned CC licenses is missing. Thankfully, this information can be found by going to the original freesound.org sound page. But I think it's still better to add the missing version number to the LICENSE file.

I would add that giving the file name would be better too ; in particular all the CC-BY-NC licensed-file are a problem for Debian, so I have a hard time updating the package (I need to find replacements...).

I am going to document exactly what is wrong with the license info, and which is correct:

• xdecor_boiling_water.ogg is actually CC BY 3.0
• xdecor_enchanting.ogg is actually CC BY-NC 4.0 (which is non-free)
• "BSD" as a license name is ambigious. Refer to it as the "3-clause BSD License" or "Modified BSD License".
• The license for the Modified BSD License text mentions University of California as copyright holder, both in the title and the license text itself (Wikipedia documents a generic license text).
