The UI may sometimes not close

I reworked closing on the ng branch. Similar issue https://github.com/ChristopherHX/mcpelauncher-ui-manifest/issues/4

It now even ask you to kill the game if it is running (the sourcecode told me that is feature theoretically exist), added ignore button to have the previous behavior (only close the window, not the game)
