Support for QuiltMC
Quilt is a fork of Fabric and it just went into beta yesterday. For reference, their ~~example mod is here~~ template mod is here.
It's already being worked on, it was slowed down by the fact they didn't publish an example mod until extremely late which gave us like no time to get it out for the beta.
Ah I see. They released the example mod exactly a day ago, I was waiting for that to create this issue too
Bumping this issue as it seems to have been forgotten
It hasn't, I was last working on this on Friday.
Bumping again ^^
I am planning this feature is planned for 2022.3, when I can use the new project wizard code and not care about supporting intellij versions before 2022.1 where the new project wizard stuff was introduced.
Alright
2022.3 was released :eyes:
Indeed it was. However, I cannot implement Quilt support in a matter of a few minutes.
Bump again!
Must wait for the rewrite of project wizard.
👀
That rewrite is done now, right?
Yes it's done.
@Mysterious-Dev: Yes it's done.
Has the new version been released yet? or is there still some more "working on" to do? since from what I can lazily find, there is no what's new note for the latest version from March 1st.
Apart from the rewriting of the project wizard, there is nothing "new". As for Quilt support, nothing official yet as far as I know. Maybe @Earthcomputer will probably be able to tell you more than I can.
I see this was planned to be released for 2022.3 which was last year. How is the progress on this going and could we expect a release this year?
Bumping :) Any news on this? Also wondering if I should move to Quilt or stay on Fabric. If Quilt is easier and more streamlined I'll give it a shot.
