Optional close/tasks events on tab scroll

Bad behavior: If you have a lot of tabs open, a scroll bar appears and if you scroll all the way down to the end of the tabs, the close event is triggered (on scroll down).

Tasks that pop up when you scroll up are also very annoying

I +1 this one, it is very annoying to accidentally close your tabs by scrolling your mouse down while hovering on them. Would be great to have an option to turn off this feature.
