the tailscale version is update to 1.16.1 the pkg version 1.10 in repo is too old.

Tailscale is up to 1.18.0 now any chance it could update further?

Are you motivated to write a little guide how to set up from scratch? Maybe I can build an official plugin so the application is also up2date too

1.18.0 is not yet available in OPNsense ports, I replaced the binary with 1.16.2 now

Just curious, and I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask, but how is the package different or what advantages are there over using Tailscale's installation method?

Is is possible to update tailscale to the latest package. There are new features as well as security fixes.

Can we get an update to this package please? We are on 1.36.1, while 1.60 is available. I appreciate this service as I manage a number of OPNsense firewalls that don't have the resources to build this from ports.
