Add materialization "nodes" to graph

Summary: Both the graphs and the diagrams should include the information on which nodes materialize which values.

Problem description/solution: This is a bit easier to solve than #1 - we know both the materialized type, and we can infer the materializing nodes from the Traversal (through the Compose step).
