I think the data becomes immediately more meaningful if we don't use the provided 10 age groups, but we just break it down to maybe four (pre-school, school, adult, elderly).

So I think the empty space before any characters on each row (which then gets removed by the code later) can be included in this scope as well.

The name of the PR says it is fixing python version, but the changes do not show any such change. Is that intentional?
